BEATNIK BREAKS offers the most unique group accommodation for your Brighton stag or hen party, holiday, private dining event or corporate stay.
All our properties are custom designed for large private bookings, each house offering group accommodation for 28 to 35. The houses have seen significant restoration, rebuilding and investment. With beautiful design and extensive facilities including: large hot tubs, Soho House style bedroom suites with work spaces and 4K TVs, custom made furniture, vast hand built chef’s kitchens and private dining rooms for up to 35 guests.

All properties are located within Brighton city centre with THE LAINES, shops, restaurants and entertainment nearby.
Well behaved stag and hen parties are accepted at these properties.
BEATNIK BREAKS is Brighton’s largest holiday let owner and so we don’t need the services of letting agencies or third party suppliers. We provide all of the services, activities and chefs you need directly, saving you the unnecessary time, administration, expense and commissions of searching yourself and buying through agencies.
BEATNIK BREAKS isn’t a letting agency, offering a generic list of characterless, third party flats and houses. BEATNIK BREAKS is the property owner. So we source, design, restore and build some of the most interesting sites in the city, and we do so with the specific objective of delivering the perfect holiday rental. We invest heavily in each building’s restoration, as this allows us to retain or develop a unique character to each property and also to deliver a space that is perfectly tailored to your stay. Private dining is certainly our most popular activity for a hen party or stag do. Our guests choose a personal chef because it gives the perfect combination of an evening to catch up with old friends, time to talk through the day’s events and a unique opportunity to experience fine, fun dining & drinking. BEATNIK BREAKS can offer these fine dining experiences in all our properties given each house has a custom built private dining room, seating all members of the house in comfort.

Each location has a custom made private dining room allowing all members of the house to sit together. Whether your booking is for a large family, wedding accommodation, small corporate event or a private dining celebration, each property can meet your needs.
Our ground floor social spaces are a huge 10m in length with 65″ 4K SMART TVs. Enabling you to switch effortlessly between laptops, a big screen and work; to socialising, eating and entertaining in our handmade 35 person private dining rooms.
14 ensuite bedrooms. Each with high speed business grade wi-fi, a 50” 4K TV, desk with charging points, laptop safe and large relaxed working day beds.
